En el parte de prensa la US Air Force comunic\u00f3 que el ARRW alcanz\u00f3 la velocidad hipers\u00f3nica requerida, complet\u00f3 el vuelo programado, impactando con precisi\u00f3n en el blanco asignado.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The U.S. Air Force completed an &#8216;operational&#8217; test of a prototype hypersonic missile that flew more than five times the speed of sound after being released from a hulking 5-52 bomber, the\u00a0<a id=\"mol-09bbd130-7a66-11ed-95db-2178c2c435ab\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/news\/the-pentagon\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pentagon<\/a>\u00a0said Monday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">The test, carried out off the\u00a0<a id=\"mol-09be4230-7a66-11ed-95db-2178c2c435ab\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/news\/california\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">California<\/a>\u00a0coast, is the latest test of the ultra-fast weaponry as the U.S. attempts to remain competitive with strategic rivals with the brutal war in\u00a0<a id=\"mol-09c19d90-7a66-11ed-95db-2178c2c435ab\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/news\/russia-ukraine-conflict\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ukraine<\/a>\u00a0as the backdrop.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">A previous test in May also achieved hypersonic speeds with the release of an Air-launched Rapid Response Weapon (ARRW) from a B-52.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">&#8216;A B-52H Stratofortress successfully released the first All-Up-Round AGM-183A Air-launched Rapid Response Weapon off the Southern California coast, Dec. 9,&#8217; said the statement released Monday from Eglin Air Force Base in the\u00a0<a id=\"mol-09beb760-7a66-11ed-95db-2178c2c435ab\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/news\/florida\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Florida<\/a>\u00a0panhandle.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">&#8216;This test was the first launch of a full prototype operational missile. Previous test events focused on proving the booster performance.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">According to the Air Force, after the B-52 released the missile, &#8216;it reached hypersonic speeds greater than five times the speed of sound, completed its flight path and detonated in the terminal area.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">&#8216;Indications show that all objectives were met,&#8217; according to the statement, which did not include accompanying photographs.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">Brig. Gen. Gen.
