Este VCI a ruedas 8&#215;8 pesa 35 tn y puede llevar 12 soldados incluyendo la tripulaci\u00f3n. Su blindaje es adecuado para un VCI de esa categor\u00eda, complementando la supervivencia de la tripulaci\u00f3n con un Sistema de Protecci\u00f3n Activa (APS- Iron Fist). Estos VCI combaten en primera l\u00ednea junto con los tanques Merkava IV que tambi\u00e9n desarroll\u00f3 y produce Israel. Photo credits: Israel Defense Forces<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>Eitan<\/strong>\u00a0is an 8-wheeled armored fighting vehicle weighing up to 35 tons. The vehicle has a maximum speed of 90 km\/h and can carry twelve people, including three crew members. The armor of the vehicle is STANAG 4569 level 4. The AFV is equipped with the Iron Fist Light Decoupled active protection system.<\/p>\n<p>The armored fighting vehicle can be armed with a large-caliber machine gun or automatic guns and ATGMs.<\/p>\n<p>The Israeli military\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/mil.in.ua\/uk\/news\/vijskovi-izrayilyu-otrymaly-pershi-serijni-bronetransportery-eitan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">received<\/a>\u00a0the first production of Eitan armored fighting vehicles in May 2023.
