En este estudio, se fabric\u00f3 un compuesto energ\u00e9tico utilizando una t\u00e9cnica de impresi\u00f3n 3D DIW asistida por UV y un material con memoria de forma (SMP) como aglutinante. Este compuesto tiene la capacidad de reducir el impacto de factores externos y ajustar el comportamiento de combusti\u00f3n del propulsante. Se delinearon la composici\u00f3n y el proceso de impresi\u00f3n 3D, mientras que se estudi\u00f3 la estructura interna y el rendimiento de la memoria de forma del material compuesto. Adem\u00e1s, tambi\u00e9n se demostr\u00f3 el comportamiento de descomposici\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica y combusti\u00f3n del energ\u00e9tico compuesto SMP.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p class=\"section-title u-h4 u-margin-l-top u-margin-xs-bottom\"><strong>Abstract<\/strong><\/p>\n<div id=\"abssec0010\">\n<p id=\"abspara0010\">Smart materials, which exhibit shape memory behavior in response to external stimuli, have shown great potential for use in\u00a0<a class=\"topic-link\" title=\"Learn more about biomedical applications from ScienceDirect's AI-generated Topic Pages\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/topics\/engineering\/biomedical-application\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">biomedical applications<\/a>. In this study, an energetic composite was fabricated using a UV-assisted DIW\u00a0<a class=\"topic-link\" title=\"Learn more about 3D printing from ScienceDirect's AI-generated Topic Pages\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/topics\/engineering\/3d-printing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">3D printing<\/a>\u00a0technique and a shape memory material (SMP) as the binder. This composite has the ability to reduce the impact of external factors and adjust gun propellant combustion behavior. The composition and 3D printing process were delineated, while the internal structure and shape memory performance of the composite material were studied. The energetic SMP composite exhibits an angle of reversal of 18\u00a0s at 70\u00b0, with a maximum elongation typically reaching up to 280% of the original length and a recovery length of approximately 105% during ten cycles.
