La clave de esta innovaci\u00f3n son los adhesivos y aglutinantes utilizados en el proceso, que determinan las tasas de formulaci\u00f3n y la integridad estructural.Se describen cuatro tecnolog\u00edas principales de impresi\u00f3n 3D adecuadas para explosivos y propulsantes:\u00a0<i>fotopolimerizaci<wbr \/>\u00f3n\u00a0en ba\u00f1o<\/i>,\u00a0<i>inyecci\u00f3n de aglutinante<\/i>,\u00a0<i>modelado por deposici\u00f3n fundida<\/i>\u00a0y\u00a0<i>escritura directa con tinta<\/i>. Se exploran los procesos de producci\u00f3n, las caracter\u00edsticas t\u00e9cnicas, los principios y las limitaciones de cada tecnolog\u00eda, con soluciones espec\u00edficas para superar estas limitaciones. El texto concluye analizando las futuras direcciones y perspectivas de desarrollo de la impresi\u00f3n 3D en explosivos y propulsores, ofreciendo informaci\u00f3n sobre su aplicaci\u00f3n cada vez mayor en estos campos.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p class=\"section-title u-h4 u-margin-l-top u-margin-xs-bottom\"><strong>Abstract<\/strong><\/p>\n<div id=\"abss0001\">\n<p id=\"spara018\">3D printing technology is considered the perfect modern manufacturing technology for military\/industrial enterprises worldwide. Applying 3D printing in explosive and propellant fabrication enables precise performance control and accurate structure formation, revolutionizing traditional manufacturing concepts and improving continuous, automated, integrated, and flexible explosive and propellant manufacturing. As key components in the 3D printing of explosives and propellants, adhesives\/binders play a crucial role in determining the formation rate, stability, and structural integrity of explosive formulations. This paper provides an overview of the four major 3D printing technologies suitable for explosive and propellant manufacturing: vat photopolymerization, binder jetting, fused deposition modeling, and direct ink writing, with their typical production processes, technical characteristics, principles, and limitations discussed. Specific solutions to the limitations of vat photopolymerization (printing speed), binder jetting (low accuracy and limited applicable materials), fused deposition modeling (poor mechanical properties and dimensional stability), and direct ink writing (product performance defects) are presented.
