It\u2019s new, so it must be dangerous \u2013 and we need new laws!<\/p>\n<p>3D print is \u201cnew\u201d in terms of now being affordable to everyone. With various quality, of course, depending on your skills and machinery.<\/p>\n<p>And if you don\u2019t have any of these machines, you can find inspiration from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thefirearmblog.com\/blog\/2012\/07\/30\/gunsmithing-in-pakistan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Pakistan<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>But if it\u2019s illegal to own a lower, upper, barrel, bolt or whatever the local laws dictate, it\u2019s illegal regardless of the method used to produce it.\u00a0\u00a0 Just. Don\u2019t. Do. Obviously there is going to be a difference in quality of the parts that the printer can produce. Fit was excellent, but function was not too good. The lips were too thick, so I had to manually sand down the thickness and as I did this there was a problem with the strength. At last it would fire perhaps 5-6 rounds.
