El estudio de la referencia eval\u00faa los planes de emergencia para la afluencia masiva de heridos (PEIMAF) de los departamentos de emergencia avanzados de Roma para ataques CBRNe. Se simula un ataque qu\u00edmico en la Plaza San Pedro durante la Asamblea General del Papa y sus efectos.Se analizan la ejecuci\u00f3n del momento de activaci\u00f3n y la distribuci\u00f3n territorial de los ant\u00eddotos de la Reserva Nacional. Los datos muestran que, a pesar de una buena organizaci\u00f3n, los tiempos de entrega se pueden mejorar. Tambi\u00e9n se observa que todos los principales hospitales deben desarrollar el PEIMAF, que debe ir seguido de un plan de formaci\u00f3n organizado que incluya ense\u00f1anza te\u00f3rica y simulaci\u00f3n en interiores y exteriores para capacitar al personal del hospital y evaluar las debilidades y vulnerabilidades del PEIMAF. La eficacia y eficiencia de los primeros auxilios dependen del momento, y cada PEIMAF analizado, aunque coherente y adecuado para fines internos, no se integra con los dem\u00e1s hospitales. La integraci\u00f3n puede acelerar la entrega de ant\u00eddotos de la Reserva Nacional y salvar vidas. Para obtener la mejor respuesta CBRNe, se deben crear protocolos de intervenci\u00f3n detallados, actualizarlos diariamente y ponerlos en pr\u00e1ctica.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Abstract<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rome is vulnerable to chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and explosive (CBRNe) attacks. The study evaluates Rome\u2019s advanced emergency departments\u2019 state of emergency plans for massive influx of injures (PEIMAF) plans for CBRNe attacks. We propose a chemical attack on Saint Peter\u2019s Square during the Pope\u2019s General Assembly and its effects. The National Stockpile Antidotes\u2019 activation and territorial distribution timing work well for chemical attacks. We also estimated activation timing. Our data show that despite a good organ-ization, travel times can be improved. We also believe that all major Roman hospitals must develop the PEIMAF, which should be followed by an organized training plan in-volving theoretical teaching and indoor and outdoor simu-lation to train hospital staff and evaluate PEIMAF weaknesses and vulnerabilities. The effectiveness and effi-ciency of first aid depend on timing, and each PEIMAF an-alyzed, while coherent and adequate for internal purposes, fails to integrate with the other hospitals. Integration can speed up National Stockpile Antidotes delivery and save lives.
