Las empresas ParaZero Technologies y ThirdEye Systems desarrollaron un innovador sistema antidrones (C-UAS) para la protecci\u00f3n de veh\u00edculos blindados. Combina el interceptor DefendAir que emplea redes f\u00edsicas de captura, con el sistema \u201cIronWeb\u201d que utiliza sofisticados sensores, tecnolog\u00eda electro\u00f3ptica e inteligencia artificial (IA). Mientras \u201cIronWeb\u201d detecta, rastrea y clasifica por tipo y prioridad las amenazas a\u00e9reas, DefendAir act\u00faa como la capa de intercepci\u00f3n f\u00edsica que neutraliza los drones. ParaZero Technologies and ThirdEye Systems are pairing<\/a> their technologies in a new counter-drone concept designed to help armored vehicles detect and intercept incoming aerial threats.<\/p>\n

The proposed system combines ParaZero\u2019s DefendAir net-based interceptor with ThirdEye\u2019s Iron Web, an electro-optical detection system powered by artificial intelligence.<\/p>\n

Iron Web is designed to detect and classify approaching drones, while DefendAir provides the physical interception layer, launching a net to stop a threat before it reaches the vehicle.<\/p>\n

The companies also plan to explore the concept for protecting critical infrastructure and other sensitive sites.<\/p>\n

The announcement builds on a non-binding memorandum of understanding signed on September 15, which established a framework for developing, integrating, and commercializing a 360-degree detect-to-defeat solution.<\/p>\n

\u201cAn armored vehicle needs more than an alert. It needs a proven way to stop the threat,\u201d said Ariel Alon<\/strong>, chief executive officer of ParaZero.<\/p>\n

\u201cIron Web brings together two leading technologies\u2026 Together, they connect detection with physical interception, setting a new standard in C-UAS protection for armored vehicles.\u201d<\/p>\n

The companies will showcase the configuration at the AUSA Annual Meeting & Exposition in Washington, D.C., from October 12 to 14.<\/p>\n

Catching Drones Midair<\/strong><\/p>\n

Designed to offer flexible responses to different mission requirements, DefendAir<\/a> combines soft-kill and hard-kill elements in a layered counter-drone system.<\/p>\n

Its patented net launcher is designed to intercept unmanned aerial vehicles without explosives, potentially reducing the risk of collateral damage in populated areas.<\/p>\n

The system can be deployed from an interception drone, fixed turret, or handheld net gun, offering options for different ranges and operational scenarios.<\/p>\n

ParaZero recently demonstrated<\/a> DefendAir to senior NATO officers in Europe to showcase its performance in realistic battlefield environments.<\/p>\n
