Additionally, the team&#8217;s information assurance best practices helped the program achieve\u00a0the highest level of cybersecurity protections of any DoD space system.<\/p>\n<p>The U.S. Air Force used the cybersecure GPS OCX launch and checkout system, often referred to as Block 0, to launch the first modernized GPS III satellite into space in\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/c212.net\/c\/link\/?t=0&amp;l=en&amp;o=2597964-1&amp;h=2258890725&amp;u=http%3A%2F%2Fraytheon.mediaroom.com%2F2018-12-23-Raytheons-GPS-OCX-supports-first-ever-launch-of-modernized-GPS-satellite-into-orbit&amp;a=December+2018\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\"><span class=\"xn-chron\">December 2018<\/span><\/a>\u00a0and the second in\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/c212.net\/c\/link\/?t=0&amp;l=en&amp;o=2597964-1&amp;h=1346549370&amp;u=http%3A%2F%2Fraytheon.mediaroom.com%2F2019-08-22-Raytheons-ground-system-supports-second-GPS-III-launch&amp;a=August+2019\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\"><span class=\"xn-chron\">August 2019<\/span><\/a>.
