Para obtener la variaci\u00f3n precisa de las propiedades mec\u00e1nicas ante envejecimiento de un propulsante base HTPB, en el documento de la referencia se lo someti\u00f3 a un envejecimiento t\u00e9rmico acelerado, llev\u00e1ndose a cabo ensayos de tracci\u00f3n uniaxial para obtener datos mec\u00e1nicos de aquel, as\u00ed como el l\u00edmite el\u00e1stico y la tensi\u00f3n de fractura, usando propulsantes HTPB envejecidos a diferentes tiempos y temperaturas.<\/p>\n
To get accurate\u00a0aging\u00a0mechanical properties of aged HTPB propellant, the thermal accelerated\u00a0aging\u00a0experiment method is utilized and the uniaxial tensile experiments were conducted to obtain the mechanical data of aged HTPB propellants, and the maximum tensile strength,\u00a0\u03c3m<\/sub><\/i>, maximum tensile strain,\u00a0\u03b5m<\/sub><\/i>, and the\u00a0fracture\u00a0tensile strain,\u00a0\u03b5b<\/sub><\/i>, of HTPB propellant with different\u00a0aging\u00a0time and various\u00a0aging\u00a0temperatures,were obtained, using universal\u00a0material testing\u00a0machine. The experimental results show that the\u00a0\u03c3m<\/sub><\/i>\u00a0of HTPB propellant initially increases, subsequently decreases and finally increases with\u00a0aging\u00a0time. The\u00a0\u03b5m<\/sub><\/i>\u00a0and\u00a0\u03b5b<\/sub><\/i>\u00a0generally decrease with increasing\u00a0aging\u00a0time, what\u2019s more, the decrease rate of both\u00a0\u03b5m<\/sub><\/i>\u00a0and\u00a0\u03b5b<\/sub><\/i>\u00a0reduce with the\u00a0aging\u00a0time. What\u2019s more, the postcure effect and\u00a0oxidation\u00a0reaction\u00a0occurred inside HTPB matrix, including the chain degradation\u00a0reaction\u00a0and oxidation-induced cros.<\/p>\n
